Oatmeal cookies: Oatmeal Crunch


Oatmeal cookies: Oatmeal Crunch

Ingredients  :

Half cup butter ( softened )
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flower
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 1/2 cups of Quaker oats , uncooked
1/2 teaspoon of salt ( optional )
1 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of milk
1 1/2 table spoons of cinnamon


Directions:

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until they get creamy. Use an electric mixer

Then add on the eggs , vanilla extract and baking soda until it's smooth

Now combine flour cinnamon and raisins and slowly mix it

Finally add the oats in and put salt if you would like


Cooking time and utensils : 

Put oven to 375 degrees

Bake till 8-10 mins

Let it cool for about five minutes

You could use a cookie pan and a cookie sheet to bake

Then you put table spoons of batter each time you do it


How do you know if it is done or not:

Poke a tooth pick and see if it sticks, if it doesnt than it's done

Also if you see it turning into a golden brown color it will be done

You choose!!!!!!

NOTE : In your home if any one doesn't eat egg. Don't add egg in front off them. That all. Is it very simple right. That's how I cheat my mom and she loves it. Hahahahahah
